So what did I get? Some seriously awesome stuff, which I've already got a decent amount of wear out of. Geek goes with everything. So nice I had to buy it twice, my Jigglypuff and Super-Star in a bottle. The Super-Star and Jigglypuff are actually tiny origami, hand-painted with the only thing small enough to get such detail...a toothpick. These necklaces took patience and talent, of which I have neither, so thank goodness for The Green Bunny, probably my favourite shop this weekend. Also, I shop I have every intention of buying from again. There's a companion cube set that's got my name on it.
Another shop worth mentioning is Stone Cold Creations who made those fantastic D20 dice earrings to perfectly match my favourite D&D dice. Yes. Matching dice/earring combo. Life doesn't get any better. Not only that but I must say, some seriously awesome customer service on their part, they were nice enough to give me these for $2 cheaper when I ran out of money on the last day (so financially responsible...)
Unfortunately there were no business cards or further information for my last two (equally awesome in their chic-geekness) pieces. I find there's never enough time in a day (financially irresponsible and poor time management? I'm a keeper) so I figured I'd give Hermione's own time-turner a try. Spoiler alert, it doesn't work like in the movies. But its pretty cute with jeans and a tee. And of course, some glow-in-the-dark Super-Star earrings. First of all, everything is better when it glows in the dark. Second, it matches my new necklace. Seriously, how fun is that?
